We pride ourselves in the quality of our product, our quality control systems and manufacturers. Our products are designed to stand up to the rigors of day to day life. Since the majority of products we offer are offering "personal protection" or "personal testing" our service and support is restricted to manufacturing defects only. Products which have been used cannot be returned for warranty and service support.
In the event of receiving product that shows possible "manufacturing defects" please contact us directly either using the "get in touch" section below and we'd be more than happy to help.
